EXPERIENCE —- NORTHRIDGE DANCE CONSERVATORY, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO Artistic Director • 2008 – Present – Creating and producing performances, showcases and choreographic works in the styles of classical and contemporary ballet/pointe and Horton-based modern dance techniques. – Teaching ballet, pointe and Horton-based modern technique classes daily, as well as, conditioning class, to levels varying from beginner to advanced, with a focus on advanced training. – Mentoring upper level dancers in student choreographic exploration. – Building and shaping the dance program by encouraging students to expand their dance vocabulary through exposing them to various dance techniques and styles.
