Robert LeDonne is recognized as an artist, inventor, teacher, master potter, sculptor, and published photographer. He is a global museum collected artist (through the U.S. Information Agency and American Crafts Council). Robert has been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts, and has been a Rockefeller Foundation grant recipient. Robert’s ceramics, steel sculptures and assemblage jewelry are most recently collected by the Kirkland Museum in Denver. He is recently in a published book by Elizabeth Schlosser, "Modern Clay in Denver (1948-1972) Twelve Ceramic Artists". His ceramic work is also collected by the Colorado History Museum in Denver and by national and international patrons of the arts. Robert has researched the design of art equipment for people who use wheelchairs…which is now on the market. LeDonne holds two patents issued and one patent pending for the invention of a "tactile sound system."
