 nd join in the festivities! Every one is welcome to participate. No Entry 
 form is required. Just arrive at Manitou's Memorial Park at 12 Noon with y
 our best entourage ready to party up Manitou Avenue! Floats\, carriages an
 d wagons are welcome but please no motorized vehicles. The Theme For This 
 Year's Parade Is: 'Faces in the Crowd'.  Get your costumes ready because p
 rizes will be awarded in 4 categories: Best us of Theme\, Best Kids\, Best
  Musical and Best Judges Choice.  Also\, fabulous chefs will be competing 
 in the annual Gumbo Cook-Off. Gumbo begins cooking at 8:00 a.m. Public tas
 ting will follow the judging (10:45 a.m.) 2 tastings for a dollar!  The Ma
 nitou Springs Chamber of Commerce will provide a shuttle to get you safely
  to and from the events.  The shuttle stops are as follows:  El Colorado L
 odge\, Comfort Inn of Manitou Springs\, CastAways Inn & Suites\, Manitou C
 hamber of Commerce (Street Parking Only)\, Downtown Near Parade Route\, So
 da Springs Park.\n\nStart time: Parade: 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.\nGumbo Cook-Of
