 stival will be held on the grounds of the Ute Pass Cultural Center and is 
 the Teller County's longest-running juried outdoor arts festival. This yea
 r's Mountain Arts Festival features more than 70 regional artists (and som
 e participants from as far away as California and Maryland). Art mediums i
 nclude:  painting\, watercolor\, pastels\, wood products\, jewelry\, potte
 ry\, photography\, stained glass\, and more. Food and drinks will be avail
