 ng of ales is a traditional British style of brewing that originated centu
 ries ago\, when publicans lived above their pubs and made a life's work ou
 t of tending their beers. Cask ales are fermented\, dry-hopped\, condition
 ed and served in a single cask\, the &ldquo\;firkin&rdquo\; being the Brit
