 Phi Fraternity\, Inc. will sponsor an All City High School Dance and Talen
 t Competition.   All Colorado Springs High School dance squads\, step team
 s and individual performers are invited to participate.  The event is a Sc
 holarship fundraiser for the Xi Pi Chapter Uplift Foundation. \nThe Uplift
  Foundation is a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that suppor
 ts the local chapter Annual Scholarship Program\, Minority Health Fair\, t
 he Charles Drew Blood Drive\, Youth Mentoring and Holiday Gift Giving prog
 rams.  All proceeds from the event will support the Uplift Foundation's co
 mmunity service efforts.  The event will include team and individual perfo
 rmances from local high schools and community centers along the Front Rang
 e of Colorado Springs. \nThe competition will have two categories. The Tea
 m Dance/Step competition will have 3 winners.  1st Place- $200\, 2nd Place
 - $100\, 3rd Place $50.  The Talent competition will have 3 winners. 1st P
 lace-$100\, 2nd Place $75\, 3rd Place $50 dollars.  Local instructors and 
 judges from various community organizations will review the performances a
 nd award the prizes.\n \n\nStart time: 5 p.m.\nDoors open at 4 p.m.
