 time of Bach's death in 1750\, his music went into obscurity for almost 10
 0 years\, all except the Well-Tempered Clavier.  Romantic composer Robert 
 Schumann referred to the Well-Tempered Clavier as his 'daily bread' - it i
 s a work that covers the full range of expression - intellectual\, emotion
 al and spiritual.  The work is 2 hours and 30 minutes\, and is comprised o
 f 24 Preludes and Fugues\, in all the major and minor keys.  Because of th
 e length of the work\, there will be 2 intermissions.  Come join us for on
 e of the most soul-searching works\, and what keyboard players of all type
