Steam speaks to the universality of the human experience and the resilient spirit that allows us to emerge triumphant.=0D=0A=The Pikes Peak Lavender Film Festival is the only completely LGBT film festival in Colorado, and has been held in Colorado Springs since 1999. The festival programmers select from the best short films and features screened at the annual San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival. The Lavender Film Festival is held over a three-day period, opens on a Friday evening with a reception before the screening of that night's short and feature.
