German Zamuel, Director of the Zamuel Ballet School has set the date for the 2008 Nutcracker performer auditions: Saturday, September 6, 2008, 1 p.m. for ages 4-9, 2 p.m. for ages 10-13, and 3 p.m. for ages 14+.
The auditions will be held in studio A of Zamuel Ballet School, located at 3560 N. Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs. Additional dates may be announced for further audition opportunities. Mr. Zamuel said, ?Southern Colorado is enriched with outstanding dancers and I want to offer them the opportunity to earn a spot on the cast of Nutcracker.? The Nutcracker is scheduled for four performances on December 6 and 7, 2008.
