Now accepting submissions for the 2009 Art Transforming Community Art Show (formerly "Finding our Voices") once again being held during Sexual Abuse Awareness Month in April. This year's theme is "The Cycle of Healing." Survivors and allies of sexual abuse are invited to submit examples of art mediums that may include, but are not limited to, collage, painting, poetry, drawing, photography, sculpture, glass work, multimedia, music, dance or needlework.
Art Submission Deadline February 13, 2009, art at community hosts: March 21 - April 20, artist reception April 23rd, performances and poetry readings April 24th, survivors share their stories and pick art April 25th. Submission form may be found at http://rosebridgecreations.com/ATC_artshow.aspx
