In the final performance of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic's Classical Masterworks season, Concertmaster Michael Hanson performs Paganini's Violin Concerto No. 1, among the most technically challenging and fiery works for the violin. Also featuring Lawrence Leighton Smith conducting Rimsky-Korsakov's "Russian Easter Overture" and Dvorak's evocative Symphony No. 7.
