    Chefs from The Cliff House, the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant, Blue Vervain, Craftwood Inn and Adam’s Mountain Café will work together to present Manitou’s premier dining extravaganza on September 7, 2007.     Chefs from The Cliff House, the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant, Blue Vervain, Craftwood Inn and Adam’s Mountain Café will work together to present Manitou’s premier dining extravaganza on September 7, 2007. The event will be held at The Cliff House at Pikes Peak, beginning September 7 at 5:30 PM. Colorado wine from Two Rivers Winery and Cottonwood Cellars will be paired with the meal. This is the fourth year for the Taste of Manitou event which benefits the Manitou Springs Economic Development Council. Guests will enjoy a unique one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere as well as a one of a kind meal prepared by the regions foremost chefs. Manitou artists and retailers will accessorize each dining table with themed centerpieces and party favors. Clair Walters will give a brief presentation on Culinary Colorado and Manitou’s commitment to Colorado Cuisine. Taste of Manitou will begin with a silent action and no host cocktail hour at 5:30 in the Cliff House Music Room. Diner, Ms. Walter’s presentation and a live auction will follow in the Cliff House ballroom. Seating is limited.
