Not what you might be expecting at Ft. Carson, hmmm? Well check it out: it's an ANNUAL community event with a Hispanic twist. A mini state fair right at Fort Carson with live music, pony rides, bouncy houses, games, contests and great food. The event is free and open to the public, there is a minimal fee for some activities.
