Fountain Creek Nature Center announces an Open House Art Show & Sale to celebrate fifteen years of nature programming for the public. The theme, "Seasons of Fountain Creek" will highlight a sale of original artwork by local artists who have captured the beauty of the creek and its resident wildlife. A cake cutting ceremony with County Commissioner Dennis Hisey begins at 11:00 a.m. followed by guided hikes at 11:15 and 1 p.m. Visit with the artists, enjoy free refreshments, witness the park putting on her fall colors, watch an ongoing slide show, play games, and create crafts with your children.
