A favorite local holiday tradition among families with Santa AND his reindeer in attendance, Electric Safari is the largest holiday light show in the Pikes Peak region, attracting upwards of 30,000 visitors annually. Nearly one million lights illuminate crisp winter nights, including dozens of luminous animated displays. Warming stations throughout the Zoo offer a reprieve from the winter night's chill, as do select indoor animal exhibits that remain open during the event. And of course, Santa and his reindeer-in-training will be in attendance through Dec. 23 to meet with families.
