Have you ever wanted to design a backdrop for a play, create an exciting environment for your biology class, or represent a foreign land for Spanish, French or German class? What about a banner for that parade, music concert, school fair, or school assembly? Ever feel compelled to enlarge the face of Einstein to get the attention of your math class? Or have the image of Carl Sagan among the planets to greet your science class? Well then.... energize your class and your own creativity by attending this fun, hands-on workshop presented by Imagination Celebration, featuring professional artist, Mary K. Helsaple! "Hmmm...that sounds interesting," you say. "But what in the heck am I really going to learn?" Glad you asked! You'll learn about planning out a design, color basics, paint techniques, scale, treasure hunting for materials, how to get creative and still meet the standard requirements, and new ways to develop students' cooperative learning skills. And if that's not enough, we feed you a scrumptious dinner, too! All for only $20, which includes materials! Best of all, this workshop is great for all sorts of adult leaders-classroom teachers, home school parents, youth/service organization leaders and childcare providers. High school teens are even invited, depending on availability. "Hot dog!" you say. "I'm ready to sign up! But how do I do it?" Just give Jane a call in our office at 597-3344. But don't delay! The deadline is Friday, October 19th. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to let your imagination come to life!
