    November 17 - November 18, 2007

    Alpaca Holiday Extravaganza

Our local alpaca breeders organization (Southeastern Colorado Alpaca Breeders -- SECAB) is hosting our 2nd annual Alpaca Holiday Extravaganza. The event will be held at the Black Forest Community Center (Located on the west side of Black Forest Rd, just north of Shoup Road) on Saturday, Nov 17th from 9AM to 5PM and Sunday, Nov 18th 2007 10AM to 3PM. This FREE event will have alpacas to check out in pens in the parking area. The event is to allow the public to see the entire cycle of products available from these outstanding animals. Vendors will have fleece for hand spinners; roving, batting, and yarn for the artisans/crafters; garments/apparel made from alpaca fleece for those early holiday shoppers. Bring the kids, we have something of interest for everyone! For additional questions, please contact 494-8171.
