The title of this play serves as a metaphor for the way life affects each of us differently -- how some are able to find opportunity in adversity and thrive, and how some succumb when the burden becomes too heavy. Featuring Colorado Springs Conservatory students Julia Leonard, Katie Medved, and Zoe Dostal, the Paul Zindel-penned play won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1971, and has been adapted for the screen by Paul Newman. Don't miss your opportunity to see this wonderful story presented by the Conservatory's talented students and directed by CSC faculty member Birgitta De Pree. Additionally, this production is the senior project for both Ms. Medved and Ms. Leonard who are graduating.
