June 26, 2008
Add Review/Comment
A sizzling bluegrass, lovesick blues, rockabilly and dustbowl ballads group going by the name of Jeff & Vida will be visiting the Springs to perform at Jimbo's Take 2. With three critically acclaimed records under their belt and 5 years of rigorous touring both nationally and internationally, the duo make big impressions wherever they perform. Their show consists of original material spanning from Appalachian bluegrass to alternative country and showcases Vida's powerful voice with Jeff's superb picking on mandolin, guitar and banjo along with tight, well arranged harmonies. With ballads that sound like they could have been written fifty years ago and raucous barnstorming numbers that keep your feet tapping, their live shows are exciting and unique, full of good humor, good music, and unforgettable songs.
