    This exciting six-course meal is a great night out for dad and features Chef Alicia's culinary ingenuity paired with the exceptionally quaffable beers of Fort Collins' Odell's Brewery. Highlights include 90 Shilling Ale-braised short ribs w/ crisp shanghai slaw, togarashi dusted root vegetable "chips," and a crystallized ginger and 90 Schilling BBQ sauce.
