Add Review/CommentWriters in the 21st century have unprecedented creative and professional opportunities available to us, thanks not only to television and films, but also to one of the most significant breakthroughs in the entire history of storytelling -- the development of interactive digital media. Carolyn Handler Miller leads this talk (with plenty of time for questions) which will delve into these new opportunities and what they offer to fiction writers, particularly focusing on the fascinating variety of stories we can now tell, thanks to interactive media. Fortunately, writing these new kinds of stories doesn't mean reinventing the wheel -- they have roots in forms we are already familiar with, like novels, the theatre, and movies.
And here's some additional good news: being a computer geek is not a prerequisite!
