    Freight wagons no longer cross the prairies but their legacy endures. A slide-illustrated lecture program that will re-visit the Santa Fe Trail from its beginning in 1821 near Boonville, Missouri to its terminus in Santa Fe, New Mexico more than 900 miles and 8 weeks away. Program presented by historian and retired teacher Mary Humphreys.
