A wise person once said "Being bigger won't make you better, but being better will make you bigger!" When bigger AND better are the headline, you know you have a winner. That's the news for the upcoming Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery's art premier of Laura Reilly's new large-scale impressionist oil paintings.
Reilly was craving a large venue to give her the room she needed to bring her passion to a bigger stage. Chip Johnson, art lover, chef and proprietor of The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery came to the rescue. The Warehouse has been showing Reilly's work at his hot downtown destination to great reviews from his guests and art patrons. He jumped at the chance to have the first exclusive show of Reilly's large works, ever presented. While Reilly's impressionist work has always carried larger themes of light, color and grand Rocky Mountain open spaces–she is also well known for her intimate garden settings and quirky urban nightlife scenes. 'EPIC" is sure to please, as our region's favorite impressionist lets the passion and paint expand to the edges of her passion (and really big canvasses).
