    You have been invited to the rest–now play in the BEST!!! That's right, the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Golf Classic. This tournament gets bigger and better every year, so join us and play in the Mike Shaw/Chamber Golf Classic on Monday, September 8, 2008. Voted "Best Local Golf Tournament" by the readers of the Colorado Springs Business Journal. We like to play the best private golf courses in town so we are headed back to the Colorado Springs Country Club!

    Just to refresh your memory about how great the tournament really is: you have a choice of an 8 a.m. or a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start. In the morning, coffee and breakfast burritos are served; in the afternoon, please enjoy lunch and drinks on us as you pass the clubhouse. As in years past, while you are on the course you have your choice of ice cream bars; beer, soda and water (maybe even a grilled shrimp or two if you're lucky!). We even offer cigars if you like to puff while you putt. Think "party on every hole." As if this is not enough, at the end of the day we also have a great dinner plus GREAT raffle prizes and awards. ALL of this is included in your entry fee, plus a few more goodies on the side (but if we gave it all away now, you wouldn't be surprised, would you?).
