    Nishit Patel is a yoga teacher with a profound understanding of the source and power of this transformative practice. He studied with Master Sri Swami Rama, and he is the former Director of the Himalayan Institute of New York. He teaches Hatha Yoga, pranayama and yoga meditation in NYC.
