Learn to revitalize your body, and enhance the flexibility that is the foundation of youthfulness. Channel purified energies deep into your soul and connect with Universal energies through meditative techniques handed down by great masters of the Himalayas. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practice and interest!
Nishit Patel is a yoga teacher with a profound understanding of the source and power of this transformative practice. He studied with Master Sri Swami Rama, and he is the former Director of the Himalayan Institute of New York. He teaches Hatha Yoga, pranayama and yoga meditation in NYC.
