After last year’s critically acclaimed production of Brighton Beach Memoirs, we are opening our season with the return of Marco Robinson as Eugene Jerome in part two of Neil Simon’s autobiographical trilogy. Last season Mark Arnest of The Gazette called Robinson, a Pine Creek High School student, a “phenomenon.” In Biloxi Blues, Eugene (the young Neil Simon) is now an army recruit during the Second World War, going through his basic training and learning more about life at boot camp in Biloxi, Miss., in 1943.  The New York Times calls this Tony Award-winning comedy "joyous and unexpectedly rewarding."
