    The United Court of the Pikes Peak Empire presents a roast of our anniversary monarchs. Yes, that is right ... we are roasting Ralph Chapman and Don Lacey on Tuesday October 28, 2008 at 6 p.m. A sit-down dinner will be provided. The event is a benefit for S-CAP Food Bank.
