Come join us for a reception celebrating the completion of internationally renowned sculptor Patrick Dougherty's site-specific sculpture on the Colorado College campus.

In the last 20 years, Dougherty has created more than 150 sculptures in the United States, Europe and Asia. Comprised of hundreds of woven tree saplings and twigs, Dougherty's unique, site-specific sculptures integrate natural and man-made environments. Simultaneously intricate and effortless, the sculptures seem almost to have been made through a force of nature, swirled together by prairie winds or constructed by birds. Dougherty's sculpture at Colorado College should last for approximately two years.

Sponsored by the Robert & Ruby Priddy Charitable Trust.
