Simple machines, electricity, giant steam engines! Motor on down to the Museum of Mining where you will learn all about power! The principles of physics will be introduced–such as work, friction, and inertia. Participate in hands-on demonstrations from primitive pulleys and levers to giant steam engines of the Industrial Revolution! There will also be a demonstration on clectricity. Come join us for a fun, fascinating day of learning about power! Reservations requested.
