Arwen Wilder and Kristen Van Loon of Hijack present this lecture/performance. The performance examines the roots and meaning behind diverse dance forms by contextualizing it in a demonstrative performance followed by a detailed critique. The Extraordinary Dance! Festival runs through July 13. Sponsored by the CC Extraordinary Dance! Summer Festival and the CC Summer Festival of the Arts. Location: Cossitt Hall, 906 N. Cascade Ave. (Northwest of Worner Campus Center) (map) Tickets: $5 This event is open to the general public.
