    Have previous New Year's resolutions become faded dreams or frustrations that you have added to a growing list of incomplete tasks? In 2009, turn your New Year's resolutions into New Year's solutions! Learn how to break free from thought patterns and actions that keep you from achieving your goals by: "reframing" - the art of looking at situations, abilities and tasks from a different viewpoint. You will leave this program...

Learn how to break free from thought patterns and actions that keep you from achieving your goals by: "reframing" - the art of looking at situations, abilities and tasks from a different viewpoint. You will leave this program feeling excited, revived and empowered to make choices to help you succeed in the new year.

    *Please wear workout clothing or clothing that allows for comfortable movement. Shoes are optional for this exercise.  Most activities will be conducted on the floor.  Mats and bottled water will be provided.
