Come out to witness fabulous chefs compete with each other, armed only with crucial ingredients and their secret recipes! Gumbo begins cooking at 8 a.m., with public tasting (two tastings for a dollar!) following the judging around 10:45 a.m.
There is no entry fee for contestants and winners will receive cash prizes and trophies. Competition is limited to 18 entries. Pre-registration is required and contestant entry applications are...
