Come Celebrate your Imagination during spring break with an assortment of events for kids of all ages! What do you get if you boil a red cabbage for a while? An awesome acid/base indicator! The purple cabbage juice will change colors depending on whether you mix it with an acid or a base. We will mix different juices and household chemicals with cabbage juice to find their pH.
