Kristine Van Wert's pastel and oil paintings are a result of people, stories and secrets. Everyone has a secret and almost everyone else wants to hear about it. The strangers who pass by Kristine's studio from day to day all have emotions of which somehow drift through her door and find a place on a canvas or paper.
