    Join us at the Pikes Peak Center for our 20th annual free family festival day on Sunday, July 26th with activities beginning at 1:00pm.

    The theme of this year’s festival is Metamorphosis, and the grounds of the Pikes Peak Center will be changed, thanks to the involvement of very creative local businesses, organizations, and street painters, all working with the idea of change, transition, and growth. This celebration is designed to engage all ages in sharing in a delight-filled afternoon of creative experiences like:
    • Main stage performances at (2:00pm and 4:00pm) featuring next season preview snippets from beloved performance organizations;
    • Up close and personal experiences with performances in Studio Bee;
    • Animated outdoor amphitheater acts;
    • Awesome street painting inspired by the 16th century Italian tradition of street painting, featuring artists of all ages sharing their talents to create beautiful street paintings;
    • Custom autograph opportunities from famed children’s book illustrator Michael Hague;
    • And colorful hands-on creative experiences in creativity-inspiring cocoons from local businesses and organizations.

    This is a free event, however a ticket to the main stage performances is required. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis at the Pikes Peak Center Box Office from July 1st through the day of the show.
