    Casson Trenor, author of Sustainable Sushi and pioneer in the sustainable restaurant industry, will be in Colorado Springs to host a book signing and question and answer session about Sustainable Sushi as well as the first sustainable sushi restaurant in the world that he advises and has partnered up with, called Tataki.
