    The nationally-recognized collection of Jim and Virginia Moffett is comprised of a visionary selection of 19th and 20th century Colorado artists and subjects. Many of the artists represented were based in Colorado Springs prior to World War II. Approximately 50 paintings, drawings, and prints by artists including Charles Bunnell, Thomas Hart Benton, Frank Mechau, Ethel and Jenne Magafan, Boardman Robinson, Birger Sandzen, Elisabeth Spalding, Lawrence Barrett, Ila Mae McAfee, and Edgar Britton.

    The Fine Arts Center will host an Opening Celebration on Friday, Oct. 2; from 5-8 p.m., in conjunction with the First Friday Gallery Walk and the exhibit, Personal Paradise.  The exhibit will run regular museum hours from Sept. 25-Nov. 15.

    Admission is free for FAC members; $10 for non-members. Group tours can be arranged by contacting the FAC at 719.477.4345 or at tours@csfineartscenter.org.

        Tickets: Admission is free for FAC members; $10 for non-members.
