    GOCA (Gallery of Contemporary Art at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs) and TIE (The International Experimental Cinema Exposition) are proud to present a series of lectures and films based on the art of displaced cinema.     GOCA (Gallery of Contemporary Art at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs) and TIE (The International Experimental Cinema Exposition) are proud to present a series of lectures and films based on the art of displaced cinema. Both the program and the project value the importance and effect of space, while also challenging the traditional expectations of what an exhibition site can be. The first event will be presented on the top floor of the Kiowa/Nevada parking garage. Visitors are welcomed and encouraged to park in the garage. Refreshments will be served, however no alcohol will be permitted on site. All events are open to the public.
