    The public is invited to attend the awards ceremony for the first annual TART (Teen Art) show. This local teen art show will be on display at the Penrose Library throughout April. Light refreshments will be served. Sun., April 27 from 2 - 3 p.m.  Penrose Library, Carnegie Reading Room
