Join Mayor Lionel Rivera to welcome Colorado Springs' newest sculpture, "Trailblazer." The piece, created by local artist Fred Darpino, depicts a life-size female cyclist perched on her mountain bike. The work is already installed on the median at the east end of the Bijou Bridge.
