"U-Haul Rap:" A toe-taping, musical romp surrounding the oldest Sapphic joke: What does a lesbian bring on the second date? (directed by Bob Koherr 2008, USA, 6 min.)

Drool: Drool is an irreverent dark comedy with delightful performances from bombshells Laura Harring (Mulholland Drive) and Jill Marie Jones (Girlfriends). Life is rough for Angora, a shy and abused housewife and her two ungrateful teenagers that is, until Imogene, a flamboyant Kathy K. Cosmetics saleswoman, moves in next door. Angora and Imogene become close as Imogene gives the family a makeover. Unexpected events send this unlikely group on a road trip in Imogene's company car. The beautiful and talented cast is sure to keep you entertained. While this film includes heavy topics of racism and domestic violence you are guaranteed to leave the theater smiling! Won best fiction feature at the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. (Directed by Nancy Kissam 2009, USA, 86 min.)

The Pikes Peak Lavender Film Festival is the only completely LGBT film festival in Colorado, and has been held in Colorado Springs since 1999. The festival programmers select from the best short films and features screened at the annual San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival. The Lavender Film Festival is held over a three-day period, opening on a Friday evening with a reception and continuing through Sunday.
