Rubbish Gallery presents LOSS, a show and silent auction of work about loss donated by local artists.

In light of recent losses in the Colorado Springs arts community, Rubbish Gallery will be donating the proceeds to local organizations supporting suicide prevention and mental health advocacy in the Pikes Peak region. A silent auction of donated artwork will be held throughout the night/month. Friday September 11th's opening will also include the building of a community installation headed by LA sculptor Joseph Fernandez. The public is encouraged join in the construction on September 11th and throughout the month and to bring hand-written stories, poetry or memorabilia about loss to be incorporated into the sculpture.
