The Business of Art Center's Canvas Café introduces "Raw Fusion," a three-course artistic, yet mouth watering Indian meal created by healthy raw ingredients. Raw foods aficionado and multi-talented chef Martine Purdy will introduce "Raw Fusion" to her guests presenting the benefits of a raw food diet meeting the spicy, flavorful explosions of Indian cuisine. This reservation-only dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and will be paired with eclectic classical guitar musician "Animus."
