    The Matt Wilson Quartet performs with local jazz favorite Ricky Sweum and his band.

    Since 1997, the Matt Wilson Quartet, as a band, has exposed literally thousands of students to the joys of improvised jazz music. Their fun-loving approach allows students to express themselves and explore. They believe that "playing" is the path to discovery. Each member of the quartet is a passionate educator devoted to opening up the student's potential. They are able to communicate ideas on a broad range of topics and do so in a caring and easy to understand fashion.
