Put on your best Halloween costume and come to the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts (TLCA) for a night of great music, dancing, costume contests, ghosts, goblins, prizes and much, much more! This special evening features Latigo in concert. For those who just can't resist dancing to great country western music, we'll have a section set aside to kick up your heels and show everyone how to line dance or do the "boot scootin boogey." This is the place to be on Halloween and of course, there are always great refreshments available! Don't miss out!

Latigo (formerly Rockin' Horse), is a dynamic live contemporary country act that plays today's modern country hits and a few from yesterday. They were a recent winner of three awards from the Colorado Country Music Association, including Best New Band, Best Instrumentalists, and Third Place - Vocalist. Latigo is comprised of seasoned studio musicians Cody Hodges (Lead vocals, Guitar), Mitch Minnix (Bass, Vocals), Band Leader Joe Donaldson (Lead Guitar, Vocals), Jim West (Pedal Steel Guitar, Lead Guitar, Vocals), and Chad Collver (Drums).
