15th Annual Great Fruitcake Toss

Watch them toss, hurl and launch those wonderful, colorful and completely inedible fruitcakes. This year's rules have eliminated the distance limitation; distance will now be measured at the final resting spot of the fruitcake.

The entry fee is one non-perishable food item or a cash donation to be given to Westside Cares. Registration begins at 9:30 am. Bring your own fruitcake or rent one for $1.00. (Please note: supplies of rental fruitcakes are very limited this year.) The event begins at 10 am with the Media Toss to kick off the event.

    Tickets: Free for spectators. Participants' entry fee is a non-perishable food item or a cash donation to Westside Cares. Fruitcakes can be rented for $1.00, but supplies of rental fruitcakes are very limited this year, so bring your own, or arrive early.

      We have been many times and love it. My son is in awe by the different ways to make a trebeuche. It is usually cold so bundle up. Kids have the opportunity to toss fruit cakes as well as the more... Expand

      We have been many times and love it. My son is in awe by the different ways to make a trebeuche. It is usually cold so bundle up. Kids have the opportunity to toss fruit cakes as well as the more serious competitors. The only downside, There is a max on how far the fruitcake can be hurled. Overall a fun day outside in January!
