    The Business of Art Center will host a Yoga Rhythm Course with Charli Sales, the creator of Yoga Rhythm. This three day course is suitable for all, but is a fantastic opportunity for Yoga Teachers wanting to find fresh inspiration for their own classes and gain confidence teaching more challenging postures. Teachers will also learn great techniques on how to progress their students safely, and learn how to push those boundaries. Students are encouraged to attend all three days, but can choose to attend only one or two of the days if they wish.

    Throughout the day snacks, water & herbal teas will be provided and lunch will be available at $15 per day. Lunch will be catered by Chevy Lee Raw Food Catering.

    Class Schedule:
    Saturday : Inversion/Arm Balances
    Sunday : Music Appreciation to get your creative juices flowing for your yoga choreography
    Monday : Backbends and Partner Balances & Inversions

    Lunch Options:
    Day 1: Pesto pizza, an italian side salad and ginger brew to drink
    Day 2: Falafal with hummus and hot sauce, carrot and celery sticks and cucumber water to drink
    Day 3: Pad thai with squash noodles, curry crackers and sweet mango almond milk to drink
