    Mumbo Jumbo Gumbo Cook-off & Carnivale Parade

    Come out to witness fabulous chefs compete with each other, armed only with crucial ingredients and their secret recipes! Cooking begins at 8 a.m., with public tasting (two tastings for a dollar!) following the judging around 10:45 a.m.

    The always entertaining Carnivale Parade takes over downtown Manitou following the cook-off.
