    Canvas Café will host “Raw Fusion”, a 3 course artistic yet mouth watering meal created by healthy raw ingredients. Chevy Lee Catering will continue their tradition of promoting well-being through “raw” cuisine. 

    The delicious, energy-fused food that will be served at our Raw Fusion extravaganza is:
    Appetizer— Avocado-hemp seed romaine salad with Asian ginger dressing (Crunchy chopped romaine, tossed with hemp seeds, dulse, rosemary croutons and tangy-sweet asian dressing. topped with avocado slices.)

    Entrée— Personal pesto pizza (A handmade pumpkin seed-buckwheat pizza crust. topped with a traditional basil pesto, avocado-red bell pepper cheese, fresh tomato slices, thin slices of caramelized sweet onion, sundried tomato and pine nuts)

    Dessert— Winter fruit compote trifle with hazelnut granola (Seasonal fruit salad and hazelnut granola between layers of coconut crème pudding)

        Tickets: $35.00 for wine, $30.00 without wine. Please R.S.V.P. no later than February 15. By calling 719-685-1861 x11 or emailing canvascafe@thebac.org. There is a mandatory $10 holding fee that can be refunded before February 15th if reservation is canceled. The remaining cost can be paid the evening of the event.
